For the second year running Owen and Tracy have won the Mixed Doubles Championships. They won all their matches in a disappointingly small draw of five pairs, while Martin W and Anna came second, pipping Maggie and David L by one game.
Summer League matches are already half way through for most teams.

2011 season is underway and we have again entered six men’s, 3 ladies and 3 mixed teams in the Swindon & District Summer League. This year we have two men’s teams in division 3 and two ladies teams in division 5. The first of these local derbys, men’s B v C takes place this evening. Come along and support your teams, tickets are selling fast!!!
This year the end of season party will be a sparkling affair. We’re going back to the days of glitter, heels and big hair (and that’s just the boys!). Music provided by legendary glam rock heroes, GLAMBUSTERS. All the usual treats, awards and prizes. Book your tickets now with Phil, Tak, Ali, Owen, Dave or Jackie Morgan.
With three matches left to play, our men’s A team are still at the top of division 1, ahead of Pewsey A - winners for the last two years. Can our men maintain their winning streak and will it be decided before their final match - head to head at Pewsey A?

The stars of this season so far have been our Men’s A & Ladies A teams with 14 points, each having lost only one match. This is a particularly good performance from our ladies team after achieving promotion last year to return to division 2. Can they do it again this year and get back into division 1? If it’s Wimbledon then it must be almost time for the Wootton Bassett TC Junior Tournament. This years tournament will take place on Saturday July 10th. Any Junior member can enter - get a form from Ali or Shaun and get your name down!
